Shock Servicing & Repairs

If you own FOX or ELKA shocks, we offer a range of specialised services to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Our expertise includes servicing, repairing, customised valving, and providing custom spring setups, all designed to enhance the performance of your shocks and maintain their peak operational efficiency so that you can get the most out of them.

To initiate the process, we encourage you to reach out to us first to discuss your specific requirements. When contacting us, please have essential information on hand, such as your vehicle details and the shock part number. You can locate the shock part number either on the shock head or the lower clevis. Notably, for most FOX shocks, the part number is engraved on the seal head cap, situated next to the seal that wipes the shaft as it enters the shock body.

When shipping your shocks to us, please be sure to include a note in the box detailing your contact information and the specific services you require for your shocks. Ensuring secure packaging is essential; however, if you're looking to save on shipping costs, consider removing the springs if possible and shipping only the damper. This will help streamline the process and ensure a smooth and cost-effective service for your shocks. Please send your shocks to Unit 5/10 Pioneer Ave, Tuggerah, NSW 2259.

Tyre Fitting Service

When you visit our showroom to purchase new tyres and bring along your wheels, we offer a convenient service to remove your existing tyres and install the new ones at a fee of $10 per tyre. It's important to note that we do not have the capability to dispose of your old tyres, and it is your responsibility to take them away from our premises.

For customers placing orders for both wheels and tyres, we provide a complimentary fitting service. Simply include a message in the note section during checkout, and we will fit the tyres onto the wheels at no extra cost. Once received, all you'll need to do is inflate the tyres, making your experience with us as convenient and hassle-free as possible.
