Hardiman Performance Imports will always endeavour to ship your goods in a timely manner ensuring they are packaged well to reduce the chance of damage in shipping. We will always select the fastest and most cost-effective way to ship your order.
Large, Bulky or Cumbersome items will be shipped by road freight with Border Express **PLEASE NOTE private address will attract a higher cost and permission will be required for this to be left in a safe place, please put your preferred location in the notes section when ordering**
All other items will be shipped via Australia Post Express.

When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to ship all in-stock orders within 24 hours of placing your order (Monday to Friday). Orders containing backordered items will not be shipped until all items have arrived at our warehouse.
Estimated timeframes for backordered items are listed on the product page, and we do our best to keep you updated on any unexpected delays.
If you require certain in-stock items to be sent before your backordered items arrive, we encourage you to place two separate orders or email us to request partial shipment of your in-stock items. Please note that additional delivery charges may apply.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This will include an estimated delivery date provided by the courier.
Please note that once your package has left our warehouse, we have no control over any delays. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact us, and we will look into it on your behalf.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. This is based off the size and weight of the ordered products and their delivery location.
Do you deliver outside of Australia?
Due to agreements with some of our suppliers we are unable to ship outside of the continent of Australia without prior approval. Please contact us first with the items you require and we will seek permission.
Can I pick up my order?
You can select for click and collect at checkout. Please wait to be notified via email that your order is ready for collection.
Your order can be collected Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Backorder & made to order parts
Backorder Items: items that are on backorder are displayed with a purple bage when browsing products, and an orange button when adding to cart. You will find underneath this button the estimated wait time for this item to arrive. Occasionally, further delays to estimated wait times sometimes occur due to supplier availabilty, manufacturing, or shipping delays, however, we do our best to provide accurate timeframes at the time of purchase. You will be notified of any changes to estimated wait times.
Made To Order: please note that all Elka suspension is made to order and will be a 4-8 week wait time. You will be notified of any unexpected delays that may occur.
